The Guest Service Associate is responsible for assisting guests as they arrive and initiating repair orders. This person should have a positive attitude, be adaptable, a team player, and have stellar communication skills (in person, online, over the phone) when updating our guests. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for a dedicated individual as this is a full-time position and will require working Saturdays (schedule varies). Come join our team!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Guest Service Associate position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00-$21.50 depending on experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*This position is 100% on site at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Perks of working with us:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>401k with a generous Company match </li>\n <li>Vacation (accruals earned on Full Time or Part Time status)</li>\n <li>Vision, dental, and medical care benefits available to any team <strong>full time</strong> team member</li>\n <li>Team member referral bonus program</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement </li>\n <li>Discounts with Corporate Partners like GE, Dell, Oakley, Yeti, Ray Ban, and many more….</li>\n <li>Development and growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Free Employee Parking</li>\n <li>On-site gym, free of charge to team members</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet all guests entering the Collision Repair Center service area with a friendly disposition, and answer guest questions, or direct them to the appropriate person or location</li>\n <li>Obtain guest's vehicle and personal information and accurately enter it onto to repair order</li>\n <li>Transfer repair orders to Estimators for vehicle inspection</li>\n <li>Provide direction to CRC valets to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow to increase guest convenience and maintain an orderly parking area</li>\n <li>Assist Estimators with finished vehicle deliveries</li>\n <li>Answer guest's question concerning services performed or products purchased, or refer them to someone who can</li>\n <li>Assist the CRC in other areas, as needed</li>\n <li>Must always maintain high ethical standards and professional appearance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Bilingual in Mandarin, preferred</li>\n <li>A minimum of one (1) year customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry or related field</li>\n <li>Fully proficient in mathematical principles (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and percentages)</li>\n <li>Ability to operate manual transmissions; inspect vehicles to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals</li>\n <li>Must work well with the public; communicate in a professional manner on the phone, internet and in person; and use standard office equipment</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
