TITLE: Events Staff – Tire Packs
PAY STATUS: Non Exempt

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Tire Pack Builder position is a part-time/as needed position whose primary responsibility is the assembly and placement of protective tire pack barriers on various tracks at Willow Springs Raceway
The ideal candidate will adopt a GLOBE mentality. GLOBE stands for Generously Lending Our Best Efforts. This is done by holding themselves and their teammates accountable for taking our best practices “the last mile” – optimizing them for maximum value to all of our stakeholders while sharing insights on how to improve our company. The ideal candidate will also be a productive and proactive self-starter who is passionate about his/her duties and willing to put forth the extra effort to achieve excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Unloading tire shipments Sorting tires by size and type Assembling tire packs using screw guns and hardware Cutting and installing conveyor belting around tire packs Loading finished tire packs on flat bed trailers/ rollbacks Preparing the area for tire pack placement Setting tire packs Painting installed tire packs
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Work in an outdoor environment Load and unload tractor trailers with the ability to lift tires that weigh up to 60 lbs. Operate basic hand tools and screw guns Work in a team environment Work weekends and be available outside normal business hours of 8am-5pm
PAY RATE: $17.33/hr
