To</p><p>learn more visit BalkanPlumbing.com.</p><p>Our vital and growing firm is searching for an experienced Laborer with a clean NYS Driver&rsquo;s License; to</p><p>perform a variety of manual duties to support plumbing crew.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Perform in all aspects of laborer work, including but not limited to:</p><p>● Complete and submit DOT logs daily</p><p>● Check load and complete pre and post trip safety inspection per DOT requirements</p><p>● Keep trucks clean inside and out, and check inspections and registrations for compliance</p><p>● Report any issues or incidents to supervisor</p><p>● Load and unload cargo, must be able to lift 80 pounds</p><p>● Operate vehicles in a safe manner</p><p>● Perform work outdoors at construction sites dealing with inclement weather</p><p>● Excavation by hand</p><p>● Use hand and power tools, performing grade checks, jack hammering, cuts and fills</p><p>● Clean up vehicles / equipment</p><p>● Work at a fast and hard pace</p><p>● Wear all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</p><p>● Understand Balkan&rsquo;s health and safety practices and DOT, EPA &amp; OSHA regulations</p><p>● Compliance with All Policies including: Safety, Safety, Safety!</p><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><p>● Valid New York State Driver&rsquo;s License; clean driver&rsquo;s license and good driving record</p><p>● Able to handle physical workload - able to lift 45 pounds and 75 pounds or more with assistance</p><p>● Able to break concrete, dig for sewer / water line repair and new installation</p><p>● This is a safety sensitive position, a drug and alcohol test will be required</p><p>● Strong work ethic</p><p>● OSHA SST</p></div><p><br></p></div>\n",
