Monitors progress and performance against the project plan. </li>\n <li> Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. </li>\n <li> Identifies, develops, and gathers resources necessary to complete the project. </li>\n <li> Prepares engineering designs and work specifications. </li>\n <li> Develops project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. </li>\n <li> Selects materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.</li>\n <ul>\n  <h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Required education and experience:</strong> Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience</li>\n   <li><strong>Discipline/Major:</strong> Engineering degree required</li>\n   <li><strong>Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills:</strong> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>\n  </ul>\n  <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Preferred education and experience:</strong> Bachelor's Degree</li>\n   <li><strong>Knowledge, skills & abilities:</strong> Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking. Design review. Project engineering. Resource planning. Technical project management. Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software.
