The Return Agent provides superior, friendly, and efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process, assisting all customers with the rental return process. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Opening available at the following branch location: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>30440 LIBERATOR AVE ABBOTSFORD, BC V2T 6H5</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This is a full time position that pays $19.25 / hour.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Consistent full time 40 hour per week schedule </li>\n <li>Employee discount</li>\n <li>Retirement Savings Plan with company match and profit sharing</li>\n <li>Health Insurance</li>\n <li>Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Dental Insurance</li>\n <li>Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Training and development</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Schedules will be based on branch operating hours at 40 hours a week: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sunday 7:30am-12:30am</li>\n <li>Tuesday 7:30am-12:30am</li>\n <li>Wednesday 7:30am-8:00pm</li>\n <li>Thursday 7:30am-12:30am</li>\n <li>Friday 7:30am-12:30am</li>\n <li>Saturday 7:30am-8:00pm</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist all customers with the rental return process.</li>\n <li>Effectively resolve all customer service issues.</li>\n <li>Inspect vehicles upon rental return; neatly and accurately document information (mileage, fuel level, damages).</li>\n <li>Advise and review rental charges, and provide an accurate receipt to the customer.</li>\n <li>Assist other employees in keeping lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.</li>\n <li>Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service exceeds the expectation of the customer.</li>\n <li>Positively represent the Company to all vendors and the general public.</li>\n <li>Ensures the security of company assets.</li>\n <li>Keeps work area clean and orderly. Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Immediately reports any unsafe or hazardous conditions to the lead agent and/or manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>\n <li>Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.</li>\n <li>Must have a current and valid <strong>British Columbia Full Class 5 </strong>driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.  No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).<strong> </strong></li>\n <li>Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in English, written and verbal comprehension.</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li><strong>Must be able to work 40 hours a week during the branch operating hours:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Sunday 7:30am-12:30am, Tuesday 7:30am-12:30am, Wednesday 7:30am-8:00pm, Thursday 7:30am-12:30am, Friday 7:30am-12:30am, Saturday 7:30am-8:00pm</strong></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>",
