    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Come join our amazing team and work from home!</strong></p><p>The Senior Accountant will perform&nbsp;general accounting functions and various analyses using GAAP procedures that involve general ledger, balance sheet, income statement accounts, ledger reconciliation, preparation of data for journal entries, and financial statements. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.&nbsp;The target pay range for this position is $36.00-$46.00 an hour + Annual Bonus. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform daily bank reconciliations and record bank activities in general ledger.</li><li>Prepare monthly journal entries and detailed balance sheet account reconciliations, including account receivable, prepaids, accruals and other liability accounts.</li><li>Review, reconcile and record bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll activities.</li><li>Responsible for internal and external wire transfers.</li><li>Review, analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts for fluctuation at month end close to ensure results are in accordance with US GAAP.</li><li>Prepare, report and maintain unclaimed property escheatment.</li><li>Prepare, report and maintain fixed assets accounting.</li><li>Prepare year end business property tax filing.</li><li>Assists with quarterly and year-end audits.</li><li>Maintain financial security by following internal controls and established company policies.</li><li>Interact with other departments as necessary to resolve issues.</li><li>Maintains consistent attendance to ensure fulfillment of essential duties and responsibilities.</li><li><p>Performs all other duties as assigned.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p><ul><li>BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Fixed Assets and Business Property Taxes experience required to be considered.</li><li>Three (3) to five (5) years of general accounting/finance, general ledger experience&nbsp;required.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Oracle ERP accounting software&nbsp;preferred.</li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written) and the ability to communicate&nbsp;effectively.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Must work PST zone hours.
