          "text": "<p>The&#xa0;<strong>Production Operator-Temporary Summer Help</strong>&#xa0;sets up ware on lehrs and conveyors, dislodges ware on straight line equipment, adjusts&#xa0;the flow&#xa0;of empty cartons on conveyors as required, and visually inspects ware and discards defective ware.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>The Production Operator-Temporary Summer Help should have:</strong></p><ul><li>Mechanical aptitude</li><li>Be highly safety conscious</li><li>A desire to learn and grow within our industry</li></ul><p><strong>The Production Operator-Temporary Summer Help&#xa0;will:</strong></p><ul><li>Understand carton quality requirements and perform checks to ensure those requirements are met</li><li>Attends palletizers, supplying pallets and tier sheets</li><li>Operates controls and ensures that tiers are properly formed and transported</li><li>Visually inspect ware and component parts and discards defective ware</li><li>Rotate/transfer among departments as directed</li></ul>",
