This role ensures timely communication of critical changes in patient cardiac status and supports safe, effective clinical care in ICU/CCU settings.</p><h2 style='margin-top:10.0pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;line-height:115%;font-size:17px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;color:#4F81BD;'>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h2><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:115%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Patient Monitoring: Identify normal and abnormal EKG rhythms; Notify nursing staff of rhythm changes and patient requests; Remain calm and effective during emergency situations. Work Performance: Post EKG strips promptly; Complete assigned tasks; Adapt to workload fluctuations; Participate in quality measures; Complete daily clerical duties; Perform effectively in emergency situations; Demonstrate teamwork and flexibility.
