You will work closely with our providers, physical therapists, and other care team members to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate the recovery process. Present findings to provider.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Collaborate with providers other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients, incorporating therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities as appropriate.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist with overseeing prescribed treatment plans rehabilitation programs for patients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and protocols. Monitor progress, make necessary adjustments, and provide ongoing support and education to patients during the recovery process.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Speak with patients via phone to determine the necessary course of action based on the symptoms exhibited.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Order X-Rays, MRIs, CT scans and other diagnostic tests/labs and DME as directed by the physician.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Remove of sutures/staples and casts/splints and provide simple wound care. Assist with injections and aspirations if qualified.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain accurate and detailed medical records; documenting patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements related to athletic training practice.
