We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandiser Lead for one of our new store location in Købmagergade. guidelines  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Accountable for sales floor standards (replenishment, folding standards, size runs etc.)  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Maintain &amp; ensure VM equipment &amp; audits (sale signage, shelves, hangers, size beads etc.)  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Successfully execute new initiatives, floor sets and mannequin changes </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Athlete and Coach empowerment - educate the team in order for them to support the execution on VM fundamentals  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Work effectively with BOH team to finish load-ins in a timely manner  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Ensure on-going care and maintenance of displays, merchandise  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Builds and maintains knowledge of visual merchandise strategies and current trends  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Training of VM fundamentals to store team </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Minimum Qualifications</span></span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Experience in a similar position where the ability to meet &amp; exceed targets has been demonstrated </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Previous experience in coaching, training &amp; developing team members </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Brand Knowledge &amp; the ability to represent the brands attributes </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Commercial mindset </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Excellent communication skills at all levels </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Ability to be flexible &amp;
