Our mission is to consistently provide the ultimate solution for high-value working environments through continuous investment in our people, technology, and processes.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Job:</span></p>\n<p>We are currently seeking <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety Advisors</span> to support the construction of our projects based in various countries across the EU, including Germany.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking a safety advisor with strong construction experience and who speaks German fluently.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Safety Advisors promote Ardmac’s <em>Safety First Guiding Principles</em> and ensure ongoing compliance with statutory obligations, ISO standards and Ardmac’s integrated management systems. This role involves providing onsite support to delivery teams, reviewing documentation, carrying out inspections and developing a strong culture of safety, quality and environmental responsibility across all project activities.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SHEQ &amp; Compliance:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote Ardmac’s Safety First culture and ensure all SHEQ standards are understood and implemented across sites.</li>\n<li>Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of construction phase plans, H&amp;S files and project-specific quality plans.</li>\n<li>Ensure subcontractors are pre-qualified and verified before commencing work.</li>\n<li>Review safety, environmental and quality documentation for adequacy and compliance.</li>\n<li>Coordinate and participate in project pre-start / pre-commencement meetings.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular site SHEQ audits and prepare weekly reports.</li>\n<li>Liaise with clients, regulatory representatives and internal stakeholders as required.</li>\n<li>Support statutory, ISO and Ardmac management system compliance across all live projects.</li>\n<li>Provide coaching and guidance to project teams to reinforce best practice and continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Experience</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Knowledge and Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>DIP OHS or equivalent SHEQ / safety qualification.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety best practice.</li>\n<li>Understanding of quality and environmental management principles.</li>\n<li>Experience working with ISO management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).</li>\n<li>Strong organisational and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li>\n<li>Ability to influence, support and challenge site teams to continually improve SHEQ performance.</li>\n<li>German language skills are required for our current works in the Frankfurt area.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a SHEQ role within the construction sector.</li>\n<li>Experience delivering SHEQ audits and working with subcontractor compliance.</li>\n<li>Prior involvement in site-based operational support within a fast-paced construction environment.</li>\n<li>Fluency in English</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Candidates should have automatic permission to work in the EU.
