You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners post-construction, overseeing both in-house labor and coordinating subcontractors for specialty repairs or upgrades. You’ll handle a curated set of projects — from warranty work to long-term estate upkeep — always with an eye on quality, schedule, communication, and the client experience.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead on-site service visits</span>, performing hands-on repairs, small upgrades, and punchwork when needed.</li>\n<li>Manage <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">subcontractor scheduling and oversight</span>, ensuring work is performed to Schmid &amp; Rhodes standards.</li>\n<li>Conduct walk-throughs with clients and proactively identify needs for repairs, upkeep, or future improvements.</li>\n<li>Create and manage <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">punch lists</span>, schedules, and timelines for small-to-medium-sized scopes of work.</li>\n<li>Communicate with clients regularly, maintaining a courteous and professional presence in high-end residential settings.</li>\n<li>Oversee <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">job site protection, cleanliness, and client privacy</span> — ensuring the home feels respected during any service visit.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation, including service logs, work orders, photos, and project updates.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Service &amp; Maintenance team and Project Admin for materials, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve our service offering — better tools, processes, or vendor partnerships — and share ideas with leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate is calm, capable, and client-oriented — someone who knows how to manage the work while also managing expectations.
