If you are passionate about patient-centered care, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy building meaningful relationships with patients, we encourage you to apply.</p>\n\n<p>Schedule &amp; Work/Life Balance</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Monday&ndash;Friday | 5:30 AM &ndash; 2:00 PM</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Saturdays off</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Federal holidays off</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Excellent work/life balance</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>What You&rsquo;ll Do</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Support primary care services for Healing Clinic patients</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Perform patient triage, venipuncture, EKGs, wound care, and medication administration</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Conduct CLIA-waived testing and assist with chronic care management</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Room patients, obtain vitals, and document patient history</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Assist providers with clinical procedures and treatments</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and health maintenance</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Coordinate continuity of care and support efficient patient flow</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Respond to patient treatment-related calls and requests</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Cross-train to assist with medication dispensing and substance use disorder treatment services</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Collaborate closely with providers, medical assistants, behavioral health staff, and support teams</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Required Qualifications</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Graduation from an accredited school of nursing</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Valid Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Knowledge of professional nursing practices and patient care standards</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Understanding of medications and treatment approaches for chronic medical conditions and substance use disorders, including methadone and buprenorphine</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ability to work effectively with patients who may exhibit challenging behaviors</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality regulations</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Valid Washington State Driver&rsquo;s License</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ability to maintain all required vaccinations for employment</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Previous clinic experience</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Experience using EPIC</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Strong organization and multitasking abilities</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Effective time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Experience working within integrated or behavioral health care settings</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Why Join Our Team?</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Work alongside a supportive and collaborative interdisciplinary care team</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients within the community</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Be part of an integrated clinic focused on whole-person care</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Opportunity to expand skills through cross-training and professional growth</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>American Indian/Alaska Native hiring preferences apply.</p>\n",
