You can combine your excellent customer service skills with your strong technical skills and work within a dynamic team of professionals.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong><ins>Responsibilities and Duties</ins></strong></span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p><ul><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Perform setup of Internet and/or phone services at customer premises, providing the best in customer service.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Verify residential customer&rsquo;s internet connection.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Install external antennas and cabling, as needed.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Perform troubleshooting for internet service issues.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Coordinate with schedulers with regard to responding to Trouble Tickets (customer issues) in a timely manner.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Coordinate with schedulers for appointments, and communicate with customers regarding arrival time.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Maintain adequate supplies on service truck to complete required task efficiently.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Update and program data devices, as required.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Additional duties as required.&nbsp;</span>&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong><ins>Qualifications&nbsp;</ins></strong></span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"background-color: white; font-family: Arial;\">Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a High School diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver&#39;s license.
