    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>Tyto Athene is searching for a <strong>Procurement/Warehouse Analyst </strong>to develop and create purchase orders, coordinate purchases/procurement activities with vendors, receive shipment, manage warehouse operations, and support inventory management. Support will be on-site at Chesapeake, VA.    </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the creation of purchase requisitions for the program</li>\n <li>Coordinate with vendors to obtain reasonable and competitive quotes</li>\n <li>Perform cost and price analysis to ensure fair and competitive pricing</li>\n <li>Work with Supply Chain to ensure timely creation of Purchase orders</li>\n <li>Follow and execute program/company procurement strategies and guidelines</li>\n <li>Proactive follow-up with vendors to ensure timely delivery</li>\n <li>Develop procurement dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate, real-time accountability of all procured items/materials and government-furnished items per DoD property management requirements and the FAR</li>\n <li>Coordinate the receipt, storage, staging, and distribution of materials to ensure timely support of task order operations</li>\n <li>Lead all warehouse operations</li>\n <li>Perform and manage inventory operations</li>\n <li>Maintain complete and audit-ready documentation to support DCAA and or DCMA audits</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree </li>\n <li>A minimum of 5 years procurement and logistics management experience in a DoD space</li>\n <li>Active TS/SCI, and be willing and able to obtain CI POLY</li>\n <li>Significant experience managing complex procurement, logistics and warehouse/inventory operations</li>\n <li>Proven DoD logistics lifecycle experience</li>\n <li>End-to-end logistics operations, from expediting inbound materials to managing outbound dispatch, ensuring on-time delivery and 100% compliance with all customer requirements</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain customer established inventory accuracy rate through meticulous oversight of all warehouse functions, consistently exceeding audit standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Tyto Athene</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The Pay range is between $75,000 - $85,000.  Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
