Reports damaged equipment<br />\r\nBuilds effective, authentic relationships with participants; helps them connect with each other and the YMCA. Encourages involvement and identifies potential volunteers<br />\r\nConveys information on aquatics programs and schedules and as appropriate refers participants to other programs<br />\r\nMaintains records as required (i.e. attendance, progress reports, evaluations, etc.)<br />\r\nAttends staff meetings and training as scheduled<br />\r\nFollows all YMCA policies, rules, regulations and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures and pool rules<br />\r\n&nbsp;</p>\r\n",
