requirements</strong>, system design, and performance analysis for 4G/5G RAN solutions </li>\n <li>Translate <strong>customer requirements into detailed system specifications</strong> and engineering design documentation </li>\n <li>Drive <strong>new technology introduction</strong>, including virtualized and cloud-based RAN architectures </li>\n <li>Conduct <strong>deep-dive technical sessions with customers</strong> to define requirements and solution strategies </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Performance Analysis & Troubleshooting</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform advanced analysis of and network design</strong></li>\n </ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li><strong>3GPP standards (Rel-15/16 preferred)</strong></li>\n  <li>LTE-NR interworking & coexistence </li>\n  <li>Massive MIMO, Beamforming, 5G numerologies </li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Protocol expertise: <strong>PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC layers</strong> </li>\n
