This position requires adaptability, strong teamwork, and attention to detail. Employees progress through levels (I&ndash;III and Lead) based on experience, skills, and leadership ability.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Department-Specific Duties</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Tarp Fabrication</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Measure, cut, weld, sew, and assemble tarp materials.</li>\r\n\t<li>Inspect fabric for defects and ensure accuracy of finished tarps.</li>\r\n\t<li>Operate sewing machines, heat welders, and cutting equipment.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Packaging</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Package and label products accurately.</li>\r\n\t<li>Operate banders, shrink wrap machines, tape/staple guns, drills, and impacts.</li>\r\n\t<li>Prepare shipments using company software, organize inventory, and follow dispatch reports.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Shipping</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Prepare and verify outgoing shipments, invoices, and packing lists.</li>\r\n\t<li>Load/unload trucks, wrap and bundle tubing, and package parts.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure shipments meet specifications and carriers&rsquo; requirements.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<hr />\r\n<p><strong>Floater I &ndash; Entry Level</strong><br />\r\n<strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrates tool and equipment competency</li>\r\n\t<li>Completes basic tasks within one or more departments (e.g., 1 tarp fabrication step, 2 system installations, basic packaging/shipping tasks).</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<hr />\r\n<p><strong>Floater II &ndash; Skilled Level</strong><br />\r\n<strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Meets all Level I requirements.</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrates proficiency in multiple departmental tasks (e.g., 3 tarp fabrication processes, 4 system installations, advanced packaging/shipping functions).</li>\r\n\t<li>May assist with training peers.</li>\r\n\t<li>Welding and intermediate equipment operation proficiency required for installation roles.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<hr />\r\n<p><strong>Floater III &ndash; Advanced Level</strong><br />\r\n<strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Meets all Level I &amp; II requirements.</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrates full independence across multiple departmental tasks (e.g., 6 system installations, advanced tarp fabrication, dispatch reporting, full shipping cycle).</li>\r\n\t<li>Provides training and guidance to peers.</li>\r\n\t<li>Works effectively without supervision and makes sound decisions.</li>\r\n\t<li>Displays strong communication and teamwork skills.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<hr />\r\n<p><strong>Floater &ndash; Lead Position</strong><br />\r\n<strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Must meet all level 1 requirements</li>\r\n\t<li>Must meet all level 2 requirements</li>\r\n\t<li>Must meet all level 3 requirements</li>\r\n\t<li>Exhibits strong potential for advancement into a leadership role within the company.
