Ultimately, the Shipping Clerk contributes to the overall success of the supply chain by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role or general warehouse environment.</li><li>Familiarity with bar code scanning and inventory management systems.</li><li>Must be US person to comply with ITAR regulations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience operating electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.</li><li>Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures.</li><li>Forklift certification.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards.</li><li>Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.</li><li>Utilize RF scanners and bar code systems to track inventory and shipments.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient order picking and filling.</li><li>Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation for all transactions.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>The required skills, such as proficiency with RF scanners and bar code systems, are essential for accurately tracking inventory and ensuring that shipments are processed efficiently.
