The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to asphalt and concrete installation and maintenance. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in all weather conditions.</p><p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assist with the preparation and maintenance of asphalt and concrete surfaces</li><li>Pour, spread, and finish asphalt and concrete materials</li><li>Operate basic tools and machinery&nbsp;</li><li>Load and unload materials and equipment</li><li>Perform general labor tasks on job sites as needed</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prior experience in asphalt or concrete labor is preferred, but not required</li><li>Ability to perform physical labor, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions</li><li>Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in asphalt and concrete work</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment</li></ul><p><br>Heartland Paving Partners is an organization committed to diversity and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future every day for our diverse employees and communities.
