    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The A&amp;P Structures Mechanic must accurately repair and perform scheduled maintenance on all airplanes and perform inspections as required by the FAA.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Performs structural modifications and repairs to aircraft.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist the shop with meeting schedule needs to make on-time delivery of the aircraft to support missions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Use precision measuring equipment and hand tools to fabricate, assemble and install aircraft structural components.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Works effectively with engineering in recommending design enhancements and productivity improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Operates all required ground support equipment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Effectively troubleshoots and repairs all aircraft and customer systems. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prompt and regular attendance.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Type and Expected Hours of Work</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are primarily Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a thirty minute unpaid lunch. However, evening and weekend shifts may be required as job duties demand. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Travel</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">CONUS and OCONUS travel is required.
