  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block-->&nbsp;<strong>Essential responsibilities/principal activities:</strong>&nbsp;<br><br></div><ul><li><!--block-->Prevent emergencies by scanning the pool in a continuous and consistent manner.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Recognize emergencies or potential incidents and address them immediately.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Know and activate the branch and pool EAP when needed.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Perform assists or rescues as needed.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Provide care such as, CPR, First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen as needed.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Complete incident reports in a timely and effective manner.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Enforce pool rules.
