Description

Job description – Barre Instructor Duties - Lead fitness classes - Create and implement engaging and effective workout programs for participants - Provide instruction and guidance on proper body mechanics and form during exercises - Educate participants on the principles of fitness and the benefits of regular exercise - Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals - Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and modifications as needed - Ensure a safe and clean workout environment for all participants Experience - Previous experience as a fitness instructor or related role required - Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and body mechanics - Proficiency in program design for different fitness levels and goals - Experience teaching Barre classes. - Ability to effectively communicate with participants and provide clear instructions - Certification in relevant fitness disciplines is required (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA) We are seeking a dedicated Barre Instructor. As a Fitness Instructor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide individuals on their fitness journey. You will lead dynamic classes in Barre. Your expertise in program design and your passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals will make you an invaluable asset to our member experience. In this role, you will create and implement engaging workout programs that cater to the needs and abilities of our participants. You will educate them on the principles of fitness and proper body mechanics to ensure they perform exercises safely and effectively. Your ability to motivate and inspire participants will be key in helping them stay committed to their fitness goals. To excel in this position, you should have previous experience as a fitness instructor or a related role. You should possess a strong knowledge of exercise physiology and body mechanics. Proficiency in program design for different fitness levels and goals is essential. Experience teaching barre is required. Certification in relevant fitness disciplines, such as ACE, NASM, or AFAA, is a plus. Job Type: Part-time, Contract Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Free fitness classes Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Ability to Relocate: Irving, TX 75038: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
