    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong></p><p>To ensure that function rooms are set according to guest expectations and standards. &nbsp;To Set-Up, Tear down and clean all space associated with Banquets.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>To serve food and beverages at banquet functions in a timely manner and in an environment of teamwork.</p><p>Duties are as follows but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Maintain all conference operation locations and set specification as described on Banquet Event Orders.</li><li>Must be able to be cross utilized in other areas of banquets. &nbsp;(Server, Barback, Coat Check, Etc.)</li><li>Clean function rooms prior to setup.</li><li>Set equipment to daily work sheet specifications.</li><li>Provide required amenities as directed by BEO standards.</li><li>Refresh meeting rooms during breaks.</li><li>Break down meeting rooms as soon as possible after the end of the function.</li><li>complete special projects as directed by department management.</li><li>supply manual labor to meet/exceed guest needs involving delivery and pick up of equipment, boxes, materials, etc.</li><li>accommodate special customer needs for food &amp; beverage functions.</li><li>caring for and maintaining equipment.</li><li>Pick up linen daily, sort and store in proper areas.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Ability to read and understand instructions on the use of equipment, tools, safety rules, and methods and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to hear and communicate clearly</li><li>Basic food and beverage knowledge, positive guest service skills, ability to work at a fast pace.</li><li>Able to work independently.</li></ul><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>W</u></strong><strong><u>orking Conditions</u></strong><strong><u>/P</u></strong><strong><u>hysical Demands</u></strong>:</p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. &nbsp;Ability to lift up 50 pounds. Prolonged standing, pushing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restrictions.
