    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Primary Purpose of Job</strong></p><p>Serves as senior leader of Branch management in ensuring achievement of goals related to customer acquisition, customer sales, and service.&nbsp; Ensures the Branch adheres to the Bank&rsquo;s operating policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Major Job Accountabilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>Provides operational oversight of the Branch, which includes development &amp; communication of Branch goals and objectives, resource planning, budget management, and talent development (setting of individual goals, coaching performance, conducting performance reviews, etc.).</li><li>Manages the Personal Bankers within the assigned branch. &nbsp;Conducts training and provides guidance to Personal Bankers.</li><li>Applies consultative selling practices to understand, identify, and meet customer needs. Engages Branch teammates in adopting a similar sales approach in order to enhance and deepen the customer relationship.</li><li>Accountable for meeting Branch performance goals associated with, but not limited to, customer service, sales, teammate satisfaction and turnover management. &nbsp;Ensures the Branch is appropriately staffed and teammates are trained in a manner that delivers an outstanding customer experience. &nbsp;</li><li>Develops and implements branch process/procedural improvements and policies to ensure an efficient operating environment that incorporates appropriate controls in mitigating risk to the Bank. &nbsp;</li><li>Ensures compliance with all applicable banking regulations/laws, including BSA/AML &amp; suspicious activity monitoring and reporting.</li><li>Provides personalized, in-person education in digital banking solutions.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience Required</strong></p><p>Minimum three (3) years of:</p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Retail banking experience where adherence to bank operating policies and regulatory compliance required.</li><li>Experience that includes consultative selling, conducting sales presentations, and business development outreach calls.</li><li>Leadership experience preferably within the financial services industry.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Skills or Training</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Expert knowledge of bank products, branch operations and banking regulations.</li><li>Demonstrated success in applying consultative selling techniques.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a team to achieve performance goals.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Professional Certifications, Licenses, And/or Registration Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License</li></ul><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>EOE, including disability/veterans</em></p><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p>At American Savings Bank, we welcome and support all individuals and celebrate the diversity of our team members, customers and community.
