    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title:</strong> <span class=\"Style4\">Process Lead (Sunday-Tuesday &amp; every other Wednesday from 5:00am-5:00pm)&nbsp;</span><br><strong>Department:&nbsp;</strong><strong>&nbsp;Freeze Dry</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Reports to:&nbsp;</strong> Supervisor</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;<strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervises production team members in a freeze-dried manufacturing or retail packaging environment. Ensures compliance to quality specifications, preserves product integrity, plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Ensures effective employee relations by providing employee coaching and development and participating in making employment decisions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Manages departmental performance measures, including visual controls, maintaining QC paperwork, and providing regular progress reports to supervisor. This person will resolve minor to major quality problems with the facility; evaluate and take correct action when necessary regarding product at all levels of product movement; educate and instruct plant personnel in recommended quality control testing, equipment and general sanitation and housekeeping practices while confirming these procedures are maintained.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;<strong>REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others. An ability to think ahead and plan over a 30-day time span and prepare action plans to achieve results. An ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee relations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The possession of quality orientation and attention to detail, problem analysis and resolution. In addition to, strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>FOOD SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong><br>&bull; Place high priority on food safety, quality, and sanitation by understanding and executing Thrive Food&rsquo;s food safety and sanitation policies and procedures.<br>&bull; Hold self and others accountable to Thrive Foods food safety &amp; sanitation guidelines and policies by communicating any food safety incident, observation, or opportunity to your leadership team or teammates.<br>&bull; In the absence of Lead serves as back up to ensure all food safety, quality objectives and SQF system requirements are met.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Must be able to perform the following functions with or without accommodations:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and some fine finger dexterity.
