    "description": "<p>Seeking Human Resources Professionals/Managers for manufacturing companies in Central Pennsylvania.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All plants are within 30 minutes of Harrisburg, PA.</p>\n<p><br>Essential Job Functions for the Managers:</p>\n<p>--Lead the HR function for plants (One plant 200 employees another 240 employees)</p>\n<p>--Main duty in this environment is to keep the plant staffed with hourly and professional talent</p>\n<p>--Provide excellent Employee Relations to workforce and leadership team</p>\n<p>--Work with leaders at all levels to increase employee productivity, safety, quality, delivery and employee morale</p>\n<p>--Develop HR policies and procedures as needed ( 2 of these plants are part of bigger company</p>\n<p>--Ensure plant is in compliance with all Federal and State labor, employment, W&amp;H laws and regulations</p>\n<p>--Put in place all needed training, processes, programs to increase employee retention and engagement</p>\n<p>--Team would administer employee benefits. One plant--Need to negotiate all employee benefits with brokers</p>\n<p>--Track all plant HR metrics and provide monthly reports to leadership team</p>\n<p>--Assist with all Safety/OSHA compliance and administer Worker's Comp</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Education and Experience Desired:</p>\n<p>--All plants want someone with a 4-year Degree--preferably in HR or Business</p>\n<p>--Desire is to have individuals with at least 2 years of Management experience and 3-4 years of Generalist experience</p>\n<p>--Prefer someone with PHR/SPHR or other equivalent HR certifications</p>\n<p>--Person must be very detail oriented and proactive--this is not an office job.  </p>\n<p>--Want someone who isn't afraid to get on the shop floor and talk with employees and supervisors/managers</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Manager jobs pay 95k-105k</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HR Generalist Positions (Currently have 2 openings--Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Duties of the HR Generalists:</p>\n<p>--Maintain HRIS systems for companies</p>\n<p>--Heavy recruitment</p>\n<p>--Onboarding new employees</p>\n<p>--Performance Management coordination</p>\n<p>--Attendance tracking</p>\n<p>--Some Payroll and Benefits Admin</p>\n<p>--Some Delivery of Training</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Desired Experience and Education:</p>\n<p>--Prefer at least a 2-year degree--4-year degree preferred</p>\n<p>--2-4 years of Generalist experience</p>\n<p>--Jobs pay from $65k-80k depending on plant/location/experience</p>\n<p><br></p>",
