          "text": "<p>The Dispatcher role is a fast-paced, demanding position focused on planning and coordinating the pickups and deliveries for our Saskatoon service area, including surrounding rural routes. We're looking to onboard a dedicated professional to join our team and help us meet or exceed our customers' expectations.</p><p>As a Dispatcher, you'll be the nerve center of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily flow. Your key duties will include:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Load Planning &amp; Coordination:</strong>&#xa0;Planning and coordinating all terminal pickups and deliveries, including LTL load planning and city/rural route planning.</p></li><li><p><strong>Driver &amp; Staff Supervision:</strong>&#xa0;Supervising City Drivers (and potentially brokers), providing direction, and delegating tasks effectively.</p></li><li><p><strong>Communication &amp; Customer Service:</strong>&#xa0;Consistently answering the phone and dealing with driver requirements (e.g., hook up information, delay updates, concerns). This includes communicating effectively with internal staff and external customers.</p></li><li><p><strong>System Management:</strong>&#xa0;Working within the AS/400 platform to execute scheduling, track shipments for customers, and perform other necessary system tasks.</p></li><li><p><strong>Documentation &amp; Compliance:</strong>&#xa0;Printing labels, adding comments to justify non-service deliveries, and ensuring proper company policy and safety guidelines are followed.</p></li><li><p><strong>Leadership &amp; Safety:</strong>&#xa0;Demonstrating leadership, promoting a safety-minded culture, and assisting with appointment booking and rescheduling of priorities.</p></li><li><p><strong>Other duties as assigned.</strong></p></li></ul>",
