In return for your contributions, you will be rewarded with career growth opportunities, an incredibly competitive market salary, and other benefits that include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off (PTO)</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans</li>\n <li>401(k) with a high percentage match</li>\n <li>Generous profit sharing</li>\n <li>Cell phone stipend</li>\n <li>Referral bonus opportunities</li>\n <li>Employee discounts</li>\n <li><strong>And more!</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>JOB TITLE:  </strong>Millwork Technician</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>JOB LOCATION: </strong>Cedar City, UT</p>\n<p><strong>                                                                                          </strong></p>\n<p><strong>FUNCTION: </strong>Fabricate interior and exterior doors in accordance to customer specifications and Company standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REPORTING TO: </strong>Operations Manager</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KEY ACTIVITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Visualize, fulfil, and implement the company vision and core values.</li>\n <li>Work with production teams to improve value streams.</li>\n <li>Fabricate exterior and interior residential doors in accordance with customer requirements and Company standards.</li>\n <li>Operate appropriate equipment to machine and manufacture doors according to customer specifications.</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe working environment, identifying and correcting potential safety concerns and hazards.</li>\n <li>Operate equipment according to specification and in alignment with designated safety standards.</li>\n <li>Assist customers and sales team as needed.</li>\n <li>Hang/Install doors, etc., as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean working environment.</li>\n <li>Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, etc.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Practical mathematic and measuring skills.</li>\n <li>Able to function effectively as part of a high-performance production team.</li>\n <li>Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centered environment.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>2-3 years experience in a relevant field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical Work Requirements - Heavy: lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.</li>\n <li>Repetitive motion associated with operating manufacturing equipment.</li>\n <li>Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or work conditions associated with this job.
