At CUI Cable, you will be responsible for receiving client calls, monitoring technician logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members.

Scheduling and dispatching technicians to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from technicians and supervisors Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment Preparing daily work schedules and orders Being in charge of communications within company assigned territories Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information Preparing and maintaining time logs, reports and other related documentation in accordance with company and departmental policies. Hiring Process
First, our team of recruiters will review your application and conduct a phone screen with you, where you will go over the job description and more details about your work experience. After your phone screen we will submit you for an in-person interview with our branch managers. Once you have completed your interview and have accepted the job offer, we will send you for your pre-employment drug screening and conduct a nationwide background check. After the results are received, we can work on a start date for you.
