At CUI Cable, you will be responsible for receiving client calls, monitoring technician logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members. Full benefit package (Health, Vision, Dental) 401k with company match Weekly pay Pay increase after 1st year Paid holidays Responsibilities: Scheduling and dispatching technicians to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from technicians and supervisors Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment Preparing daily work schedules and orders Being in charge of communications within company assigned territories Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information Preparing and maintaining time logs, reports and other related documentation in accordance with company and departmental policies. Once you have completed your interview and have accepted the job offer, we will send you for your pre-employment drug screening and conduct a nationwide background check. After the results are received, we can work on a start date for you.
