font-family: arial, sans-serif; line-height: 1.5;\">10+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations (parcel, LTL, and truckload preferred).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; line-height: 1.5;\">Strong knowledge of transportation systems and carrier management.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; line-height: 1.5;\">Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;
