You’ll lead with strong financial insight, organizational excellence, and a proactive approach to safety, quality, and schedule. In this role, you’ll serve as the central point of leadership in the field, collaborating closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, trade partners, and clients to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to LKCO’s highest standards of quality and safety. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Review, track, and approve subcontractor T&amp;M slips, invoices, and cost exposures. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 56, 101); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Ensure proper documentation and cost coding for all labor, change orders, and allowances. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 56, 101); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Train field staff on cost review processes and support transparency in financial reporting. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 56, 101); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Administration &amp; font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Maintain project organization and documentation using Procore, including daily reports, RFIs, and closeout requirements. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 56, 101); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Oversee submittal and procurement processes, identifying scope gaps and aligning material needs with schedules. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 56, 101); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Manage permitting requirements, NFPA 241 Plans, and coordinate with permitting authorities to avoid delays. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 56, 101); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Participate in meetings, track project hot lists, and ensure accurate, timely communication of priorities. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 56, 101); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Adjust material and equipment deliveries to meet project milestones. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 56, 101); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Identify risks, forecast potential challenges, and develop recovery plans in collaboration with the General Superintendent. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 56, 101);
