Description

OVERVIEW Cadrex is searching for an Assembly Operator III who will be responsible for executing complex assembly tasks, maintaining equipment, and upholding strict quality standards. Your expertise in assembly techniques, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will be vital to our continued success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assemble intricate components and parts to create finished products based on technical drawings and specifications Perform thorough inspections and quality checks during and after assembly to ensure products meet stringent quality standards and specifications Identify and address any issues or defects in the assembly process, collaborating with colleagues to find effective solutions Operate specialized machinery and tools, ensuring safe and efficient operation Maintain accurate records of production and quality control data, including detailed checklists and reports Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and fellow team members Provide guidance and training to less experienced assembly operators to improve overall team performance Work to meet or exceed production targets while minimizing downtime and optimizing efficiency
