Your expertise in value stream management, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration will be essential in achieving our production goals.\n Key Responsibilities: Value Stream Management:\n* Lead a team of 25-30 people to achieve production targets, quality standards, and safety goals.\n* Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall factory performance.\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address production bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Reporting and KPI Management:\n* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure factory performance, including production rates, quality metrics, and safety metrics.\n* Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for corrective action.\n* Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. People Management:\n* Manage a team of 25-30 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high-performing teams.\n* Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\n* Address performance issues and provide constructive feedback to team members.
