As an SBA-certified HUBZone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), we deliver quality, professional services to support the missions and strategic business goals of our clients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Title:</span> Onbase Developer</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: </span></p>\n<p>University of Maryland Global Campus</p>\n<p>3501 University Blvd. East</p>\n<p>Adelphi, MD 20783</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Period of Performance: </span></p>\n<p>1 year</p>\n<p>40 hours per week (no overtime). </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary:</span> UMGC requires an OnBase Developer with senior experience to perform software development, support, and testing services in a remote work environment. The resource will report to the Director, Enterprise Document Management.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide programming support to extend functionality of the OnBase Platform</li>\n<li>Analyze business processes to identify and implement automation of repetitive tasks</li>\n<li>and scripted job aids</li>\n<li>Develop APIs between multiple systems.</li>\n<li>Peer review and test new and revised programmatic functionality as requested by another team member to verify visual and functional quality</li>\n<li>Understand business process and requirements to provide technical solutions that meet customer needs</li>\n<li>Research and suggest new approaches and technologies</li>\n<li>Work with internal and external customers and clients to clearly define requirements, uncover business rules and processes, and create user stories</li>\n<li>Work with vendor resources to ensure technical issues are evaluated to root cause</li>\n<li>Implement system enhancements related to OnBase configuration</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain workflow solutions in the OnBase platform</li>\n<li>Coordinate departmental requested changes in the OnBase system including initial analysis to implementation of configuration changes needed to support new business processes</li>\n<li>Create initial training material to support implemented departmental changes </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent); 3+ years of OnBase development/configuration experience.</li>\n<li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in OnBase workflow/configuration, SQL.NET/C#/JavaScript; experience with APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting.</li>\n<li>Business Skills: Strong process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation abilities; experience supporting end-users and creating training materials.</li>\n<li>Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; detail-oriented and quality-focused.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span> OnBase/Hyland certifications; experience in higher ed, healthcare, or similar industries.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join Our Team:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CMT Services</span>, we believe that extraordinary results come from empowering exceptional people.
