We offer solutions across the full life cycle of SCM functions including Strategic Blueprint, Organization design and structure,&nbsp;Configuration, Integration, Test Execution, and Change Management.&nbsp;We recognize that true technology transformation comes through changes in culture, employee experience and ways of working/interacting with business partners.</p> \n<p>Oracle Cloud SCM Director&nbsp;will supervise business requirements by leading the functional design and process design stages of Oracle implementations. If you can offer functional Oracle Supply Chain application leadership and guidance to client regarding \"best practices\" and the functionality of the modules through all phases of an implementation. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining effective client relationships as well as participating and supporting, profitable business development.</p> \n<p>&nbsp;</p> \n<p><strong>Oracle Cloud SCM Director</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> \n<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to implement Order Management, Inventory, Procurement</p> \n<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Functional Lead: Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding “best practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.</p> \n<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work with client to develop business solution designs to ensure that requirements are met.</p> \n<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop innovative solutions for various supply chain business requirements.</p> \n<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead weekly project status meetings for assigned team and actively participate in weekly status meetings.</p> \n<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide guidance and support to strengthen skills of all project team members assigned to the projects they manage.</p> \n<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Successful experience as an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Functional Lead on at least 3 full cycle implementations (preferably Cloud)</p> \n<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated success designing and implementing leading practices of relevant business flow.</p> \n<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Successfully manages relationship with clients and colleagues.</p> \n<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support configuration, customization, reports and interfaces.</p> \n<p>&nbsp;</p> \n<p><strong>Oracle Cloud SCM Director Qualifications :</strong></p> \n<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3 years of progressive experience in consulting environment</p> \n<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with team leadership</p> \n<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in one or more of the following modules: Costing, OM, OPM, and Product Development.</p> \n<p>&nbsp;</p> \n<p><span><span><span><span>Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado or in New York City.</span></span></span></span></p>",
