Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of <strong>Senior Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting</strong>,<strong>&nbsp;</strong>to join our <strong>Fund and IS Client Ops</strong> team. This role is located in <strong>Lake Mary, FL.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Conduct accounting services for assigned clients and moderately complex funds, including determining net asset values (NAV), calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.</li><li>Drive service improvement plans by targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes, and performing specialist review functions; provide input into methodologies and check the work of junior team members.</li><li>Provide guidance and review work related to cash and asset reconciliations for complex or atypical transactions; resolve reconciliation issues and oversee junior staff outputs.</li><li>Draft client reports on the performance of complex funds and regularly interact with clients to answer questions and resolve issues related to fund reports and accounting processes; assist in evaluating GAAP and/or IFRS rules to determine regulatory impact on fund accounting practices.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>5–7 years of total work experience in fund/client accounting preferred, including experience with NAV calculations, performance reporting, and reconciliations.</li><li>Experience evaluating GAAP and/or IFRS and applying new regulatory guidance to fund accounting practices; Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to interact with clients, resolve complex accounting/reporting issues, and review/quality-check the work of junior team members.</li><li>People Leadership: No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced team members and may have people management responsibilities in some geographies.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</p><p>BNY Newsroom</p><p>BNY LinkedIn</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</li><li>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</li><li>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Our Benefits and Rewards:</p><p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
