This role blends Intune engineering with automation</span><span>/AI</span><span>, CI/CD awareness, and continuous improvement in a multi-customer environment</span><span>.</span> <br><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span>What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span>Microsoft Intune Engineering</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations for Windows and mobile devices</span></li>\n<li><span>Lead customer migration projects to Microsoft Intune</span></li>\n<li><span>Build, manage, and maintain:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Compliance policies</span></li>\n<li><span>Configuration profiles</span></li>\n<li><span>Endpoint security policies and baselines</span></li>\n<li><span>Application deployments and assignments</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Troubleshoot enrollment, policy, and application delivery issues; perform root-cause analysis and remediation</span></li>\n<li><span>Support Windows provisioning workflows, including Autopilot-related processes</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span>Apple Device Management (ABM / ADE / VPP)</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Support and administer Apple Business Manager (ABM) integrations with Microsoft Intune</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage Apple enrollment workflows, including Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)</span></li>\n<li><span>Support VPP app procurement, assignments, and deployment troubleshooting</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain and document repeatable enrollment standards and operational procedures for Apple devices</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span>Automation, DevOps &amp; Operational Excellence</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Create and maintain automation for common Intune and endpoint management tasks</span></li>\n<li><span>Build scripts and repeatable processes to reduce manual portal work and improve consistency</span></li>\n<li><span>Apply DevOps principles to endpoint and infrastructure workflows, including:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Version controlled scripts and configurations</span></li>\n<li><span>CI/CD style automation pipelines where appropriate</span></li>\n<li><span>Standardized build, deployment, and configuration practices</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards across customer environments</span></li>\n<li><span>Improve operational visibility and standardization through reporting, metrics, and structured outputs</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with peers to test, validate, and continuously improve automation and operational designs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span>AI Awareness &amp; Enablement</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Use AI tools to improve operations, documentation, troubleshooting, and customer outcomes</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with teams exploring AI driven workflows and automation enhancements</span></li>\n<li><span>Contribute to or support initiatives using Microsoft Copilot, Connex AI, and/or Azure AI Foundry</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span>Documentation, Training &amp; Collaboration</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Produce internal documentation, runbooks, and customer</span><br><span>ready guidance</span></li>\n<li><span>Partner with cross-functional teams to support escalations and standardize best practices</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to support and engineering teams</span></li>\n<li><span>Contribute ideas and feedback to improve tooling, workflows, and service delivery</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span>What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications)</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), including migrations, policy creation, app deployment, and troubleshooting</span></li>\n<li><span>Solid understanding of endpoint security concepts and compliance controls</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated ability to document processes and create repeatable operational standards</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, GitHub, CI/CD and/or equivalent) with a mindset for continuous improvement</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with DevOps concepts such as configuration management, automation pipelines, testing, and version control</span></li>\n<li><span>AI familiarity: Microsoft 365 Copilot (preferred), Copilot Studio (bonus), ConnexAI (bonus), Azure AI Foundry (bonus), or similar AI platforms</span></li>\n<li><span>Interest in using AI to improve service delivery, documentation quality, and operational efficiency</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span>Preferred Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience in a managed services or multi-customer environment</span></li>\n<li><span>ConnectWise Manage / Asio RMM experience</span></li>\n<li><span>MD-102 Certification</span></li>\n<li><span>Bachelor's Degree</span></li>\n<li><span>Previous consulting experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience managing Apple devices using Apple Business Manager (ABM) &amp;
