The Director of Operations at Andrew C. What you’ll do: Operational Leadership: Oversee daily firm operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Strategic Integration: Turn strategic goals into operational realities by identifying hurdles and creating effective systems. Process Optimization: Develop and implement policies that maximize client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Budget Management: Manage and forecast budgets, focusing on financial planning and cost control.
