    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Avionics Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of aircraft avionics and electrical systems. This position will primarily support maintenance operations on Boeing 737-300 aircraft, while also providing avionics support across other fleet types as needed. While this position is dedicated to avionics systems, the technician may assist with general maintenance activities in support of overall operational efficiency when needed. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform troubleshooting, repair, and installation of avionics and electrical systems, primarily on Boeing 737-300, occasionally on Metro SA227, Lear 60 as well as various other aircraft     </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct operational and functional testing of avionics systems to ensure reliability and compliance  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and maintenance manuals  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Repair or replace defective components and wiring using approved methods  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Operate and maintain avionics test equipment and diagnostic tools  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all work is completed in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Accurately complete maintenance logs and documentation  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide support with standard A&amp;P maintenance tasks as needed </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support company safety programs including FOD and tool control  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with A&amp;P mechanics and other maintenance personnel  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as required </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Other duties as assigned </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications </span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">A&amp;P License </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">required </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong avionics troubleshooting experience required  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Boeing aircraft experience is strongly preferred </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with FAA maintenance and documentation requirements </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Be able to secure and maintain appropriate airport authority badging </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Own a basic set of aircraft maintenance tools </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Must be able to perform work requiring lifting, pushing or pulling objects in excess of 75 lbs., climb ladders, and maneuver around aircraft  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Passport and/or ability to obtain passport within 60 days of hire </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Must be at least 18 years of age </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Eligible to work in the United States </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
