    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong> </strong>The IDE Platform Lead supports the United States Space Force (USSF) for the Ground-Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) program to establish, implement, and facilitate a common Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) platform.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Secure digital environment operations; user/access management; workflow configuration; repository management; vendor data separation; collaboration platform administration; tool governance; environment onboarding; CUI handling; </li>\n <li>Operationalize and manage the Government-provided IDE. Establish user roles, permissions, workflows, model repository structure, branch/version controls, Government-only and vendor-specific spaces, and operating norms. </li>\n <li>Provide analysis and decision support to the government in the form of a Technical Analysis Package before CAGBs detailing the compliance scores, interface status, and technical risks associated with any proposed architectural changes.</li>\n <li>Support the validation of Prime Contractor system models against the Government-provided ‘GBRD Enterprise MBSE/MOSA Standards Document(s)’ for correctness, consistency, and compliance. </li>\n <li>Conduct continuous validation to accommodate GBRD Awardees; perform monthly program reviews with GBRD Awardees. </li>\n <li>Collect and formalize the MOSA standard as it pertains to GBRD architecture, and develop MOSA Compliance Evaluation Criteria to grade radar designs</li>\n <li>Develop and implement a model submission process for version tracking</li>\n <li>Assess models against governance standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or related technical discipline. Equivalent experience may substitute.</li>\n <li>8+ years digital platform, DevSecOps, cloud, systems administration, engineering environment, or collaboration platform management experience, including 3+ years managing secure DoD/CUI environments, user access, workflows, repositories, and tool governance</li>\n <li>Experience with engineering tools such as Cameo, DOORS, and MATLAB is helpful.</li>\n <li>Secret Clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Integral partners with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to tackle their most important challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
