This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of outdoor retail shopping centers while working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This is a field-based role, with approximately 2–3 days per week visiting properties and remaining days working from our Oceanside office. (Must use your own car, there is mileage reimbursement)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Manage a portfolio of ~ 5–7 outdoor retail shopping centers (roughly 200 tenants total)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Conduct regular property visits based on portfolio activity and property needs</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive communication</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Coordinate vendors for all maintenance and repair needs, including sourcing, scheduling, oversight, and follow-up</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Review invoices and manage property expenditures</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Partner with accounting on budgeting and financial planning activities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Analyze property and operational data to support business decisions</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Conduct occasional property showings as needed</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Utilize tools including Avid, Excel, and Outlook and leverage prop-tech and data-driven solutions</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">✔ 5+ years of commercial RETAIL property mgmt experience REQUIRED</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">✔ Experience managing shopping center or retail portfolios</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">✔ Active California Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">✔ Strong Excel and Outlook skills</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">✔ Experience managing vendors and maintenance projects</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">✔ Tech-forward mindset with comfort using data, prop-tech, and emerging AI tools</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">✔ Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">***********LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY***********</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
