This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong communication with adjusters, carriers, and internal team members.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li><p>Provide back-end administrative support for the Claims Department, working directly under the direction and guidance of the Claims Lead.</p></li><li><p>Submit new claims and loss reports to carriers using information provided by the Claims Lead.</p></li><li><p>Update EPIC with all claim details, settlements, notes, documents, and status changes as instructed.</p></li><li><p>Follow up with claim adjusters to gather status updates, documentation, and any required information.</p></li><li><p>Send status requests to carriers and maintain organized tracking of follow-ups and responses.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and well-organized electronic claim files, ensuring all documents and correspondence are properly uploaded into EPIC.</p></li><li><p>Assist with preparing internal reports, documentation, and claim-related summaries.</p></li><li><p>Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, scanning, filing, and maintaining department records.</p></li><li><p>Support the Claims Lead with routine workflow tasks and follow-through to ensure timely completion of all claim-related activities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency in all claim data and internal communications.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>HS Diploma or recognized equivalent</p></li><li><p>Previous administrative experience required; insurance or claims experience a plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).</p></li><li><p>Experience with EPIC or other agency management systems preferred.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to follow up consistently and professionally with carriers, adjusters, and team members.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with MS Office</p></li><li><p>Prior experience with Applied Epic is a plus</p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Pay Details:</span></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>The base compensation range for this position is $28 - $34. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
