Passion for Life was created to be a high-energy and engaging process that helps students identify their passions and gain clarity on how to utilize their core strengths and talents to select a career. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Who you are</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We’re looking for a highly organized and creative <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Educational Programs Manager</span> (volunteer). In this role the primary responsibility is to oversee the organization and delivery of all educational programs as Passion For Life, such as workshops, summer camps and online programs. This is achieved by leading and coordinating efforts with Career Coaches and the Instructional Design team, monitoring, scheduling and overseeing a team of Program Coordinators. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role blends </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">big-picture thinking</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> with </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">hands-on execution</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> to grow our community, improve efficiency and effectiveness of the programs delivery. This position assists with the planning and implementation of the overall program goals. This is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">an unpaid volunteer role </span>in a hybrid mode (remote and on-site in Atlanta, GA), part-time flexible hours. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What you gain</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Shape educational programs and lead your Team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Gain valuable experience in nonprofit development and digital communications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Make a meaningful impact on the lives of underserved communities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Increase your networking opportunities and collaborate with a knowledgeable Team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Boost your untapped potential and master new skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Flexible scheduling and potential for recommendation letters</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Your role</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead your Team of dedicated Program Coordinators and collaborate closely with the Instructional Design Team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Overseeing and managing Passion for Life programs, including workshops and summer camps.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Leading and coordinating efforts with career coaches and training coordinators to ensure smooth execution of programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Developing and implementing program goals, objectives, and strategies to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and vision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Managing program schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure that programs are delivered on time and within scope.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including funders, community partners, and program participants.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Providing regular program updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensuring that program data is collected and analyzed to inform program improvements and decision-making.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Developing and implementing program evaluation strategies to assess program effectiveness and impact.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Providing support and guidance to program participants as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure that programs are aligned with broader organizational goals and objectives.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Your skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Counselling, Curriculum Design, or in a related filed (or graduating)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in organizing workshops, professional training, community outreach is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px\">Ability to manage a team in a friendly and efficient way</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High energy, self-starter, highly motivated with high-degree of flexibility</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to volunteer in a hybrid setting (90% remote with some occasional travel to a workshop location)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present ideas and information clearly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Great time management skills with the ability to pay attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of non-profit and educational programs a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Time Commitment</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">: 10-15 hours a week on a flexible schedule that works with your life.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">How to Apply: </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">please submit your resume.
