    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>PeopleTec is currently seeking a <strong>Senior Level IAMD Training Specialist</strong> to support our <strong>Colorado Springs, CO</strong> location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PeopleTec is seeking a senior-level Integrated Air and Missile Defense Training Specialist to support our Colorado Springs location. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidate will be experienced in the ADDIE process to develop and execute Distance Learning (DL)</li>\n <li> Candidate will use multi-media to supplement traditional educational methods.</li>\n <li>Candidate will design, develop, execute, and maintain the DL training curriculum using Video Teleconferencing and other collaborative media, On-Line Learning Modules (e.g. Joint Knowledge Online), and other media such as internal Website and SharePoint database.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u></u><strong><u>Required Skills/Experience</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 6 years of operational IAMD experience that is applicable to the curriculum.</li>\n <li>Understanding of DoD Training and Doctrine policies and issues for Joint IAMD.</li>\n <li>Candidate will be experienced in the ADDIE process.</li>\n <li>Formal training/instructor experience.</li>\n <li>Travel: 10-25 %</li>\n <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li>\n <li>An active DoD <strong>Secret</strong> clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active <strong>Secret</strong> clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education Requirements</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors degree or be a certified instructor from a military service or civilian institution. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Job Requirements</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. </li>\n <li>Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time. </li>\n <li>Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Space, missile warning and Integrated Air and Missile Defense experience on CCMD or Joint Staff</li>\n <li>Instructor certification from TRADOC, AETC or NAVEDTRA</li>\n <li>Assignments in NMCC, GOC, JOC, AOC, MOC, JTAGS with Missile Warning duties</li>\n <li>Familiarization in one of the following: Space or Command center operations </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Estimated Time To Hire:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>July 2026</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits offered can be found here: Benefits PeopleTec.
