    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Performs installation, repair maintenance and remodeling of heating, air-conditioning and related systems, equipment and facilities on a variety of resort locations; installs and repairs components on specified refrigeration and related equipment.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions Statement(s)&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">Participates in the design, layout and installation of office, resort facility, shop and other remodeling, repair or modification projects affecting resort buildings and facilities.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Takes measurements, prepares working drawings and sketches, can assist in preparing project specifications.</li><li dir=\"auto\">Prepares cost estimates for job including but not limited to materials, parts, tools and equipment needed for work assignments; orders and picks up materials and supplies from outside vendors as appropriate.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Performs skilled work in the installation, maintenance and repair of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, including the installation of associated piping and refrigerant lines.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Installs and maintains electrical, electronic and pneumatic information and control systems associated with HVAC equipment.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Observes safety precautions when working with all equipment and performing duties.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Inspects, maintains and repairs high- and low-pressure boiler and related piping and control equipment; cleans boilers and treats water as required.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Performs welding, brazing and soldering tasks as required for installation and repair duties.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Inspects refrigerant equipment for proper operation; recharges equipment as required.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Ensures that all installation, maintenance and repair work is performed to code.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Tests and troubleshoots HVAC system malfunctions, repairs or orders and replaces components, and tests equipment prior to placing back into service.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Reads diagrams, blueprints, specifications and manuals for installation and repair projects.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Maintains and services hand and power tools related to the trade; keeps small inventory of frequently used supplies and parts.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the unit&#39;s service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team.
