  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><div><!--block-->As a key member of MSG’s Transportation and Structural Engineering team, you’ll contribute to the <strong>planning, design, and delivery</strong> of bridge and retaining wall projects that connect and strengthen our communities.<br><br>You’ll have the opportunity to:</div><ul><li><!--block--><strong>Lead and perform bridge and structural design</strong> — including layout, analysis, and plan development — in accordance with MDOT and AASHTO standards.</li><li><!--block--><strong>Contribute to the full project lifecycle</strong>, from concept through construction, across a variety of bridge types and complexities.</li><li><!--block--><strong>Prepare bridge layouts, material quantity calculations, and construction specifications</strong> for new and rehabilitated structures.</li><li><!--block--><strong>Perform QA/QC reviews</strong> to ensure technical accuracy and quality deliverables.</li><li><!--block--><strong>Collaborate closely</strong> with roadway, geotechnical, and other engineering teams to deliver coordinated project solutions.</li><li><!--block--><strong>Manage and coordinate projects</strong>, communicating effectively with clients, partners, and team members.</li><li><!--block--><strong>Mentor and support</strong> other engineers while continuing to grow your leadership and technical expertise.</li></ul>",
