If you're driven to lead, grow, and make a measurable impact, we invite you to join a team where performance, development, and customer satisfaction comes first.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Income levels of up to $60K or more depending on wholesale parts experience and the ability to sell to your customers!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Full complement of health insurance benefits</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) in first year of employment (12, 16, 20 days annually)</li><li>Paid holidays and community service day</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Competitive pay plan</li><li>Company-paid term life insurance</li><li>and much more!</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Handle telephone parts orders called in by retail accounts</li><li>Promote additional parts sales by suggesting related items, seasonal lines, and/or parts specialists</li><li>Conduct regular telephone solicitation on assigned accounts</li><li>Inform customers when parts specially ordered for them are received</li><li>Determine correct part numbers and \"pick\" parts for orders received</li><li>Arrange for delivery or shipment of parts as required</li><li>Prepare and cost out parts invoices</li><li>Assist with regular parts inventories and the selection of parts for return under parts obsolescence protection program</li><li>Attend group training sessions as required</li><li>Any other duties or tasks, asked by the Wholesale Parts Director</li></ul><p><strong>Work from Home Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>90-day onsite training in the warehouse</li><li>Maintain sales and phone call volume requirements</li><li>Ability to navigate, CCC, CDK, Parts Trader, OPS</li><li>Attend weekly team meetings with the Wholesale Parts Director</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or the equivalent</li><li>2+ years of parts experience</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information</li><li>Tech savvy and comfortable with computers</li><li>Previous experience in an automotive parts department or experience in wholesale parts with a business book in the &nbsp;surrounding area</li><li>Great work ethic and ability to work on a team</li><li>Ability to work well with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time</li><li>Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>We welcome all replies in strict confidence.
