RTL Networks considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Summary: </strong>RTL Networks has an incredible opportunity for a Business SME (IROC) with Wildland Fire Incident Management experience. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Essential responsibilities of the Business SME (IROC) include, but are not limited to:</p><p><br></p><p><em>IROC SME</em>&nbsp;</p><p>· Attend IROC IPT calls and sprint ceremonies.</p><p>· Test new development before it is deployed into production instances of IROC.</p><p><br></p><p><em>IROC VIPR/IIPA Integration SME.</em></p><p>· Coordinates issues that arise between VIPR and IROC integration. Commonly works with vendors, contracting officers, VIPR and IROC developers.</p><p>· Approves all vendor requests in IROC.</p><p>· Main resource to vendors who need assistance with Statusing and IROC access. (customer service) – Shayne is her back-up, in addition to Shep. Get Mel involved too.</p><p>· Attends and adds input to calls focused around IIPA (will replace VIPR) and its integration into IRWIN.</p><p>· Coordinates with Contracting Officers for vendor IROC access approval.</p><p>· Deconflict duplicate profiles and ensure business rules are being followed.</p><p><br></p><p><em>IROC Organization SME</em></p><p>· Updating organizations that flow from OIS to IROC includes updates to organizational name changes, contacts, affiliations and dispatch consolidations.</p><p>· Will be training FAM-IM detailer on Organization work.</p><p><br></p><p><em>IROC Dispatch Consolidation SME</em></p><p>· Creates New unit ID’s (if needed), in Unit IDx and OIS for use in IROC.</p><p>· Create affiliations for new center or ingesting center in IROC.</p><p>· Coordinate with Unit ID, OIS, Dispatch and Fire Management, and integrated applications.</p><p>· Training other SME's as well as FAM-IM detailer in this work.</p><p><br></p><p><em>FAMAuth SME</em></p><p>· Will periodically help with on-call helpdesk for FAMAuth.</p><p>· Approve requests for IROC application.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· Must possess experience in Wildland Fire Incident Management and a minimum of 3 years’ experience using the specific applications they are supporting.&nbsp;</p><p>· This experience is specific to the application business areas and must adhere to the following requirements for relevance and currency:&nbsp;</p><p>· Business SME’s must have strong interpersonal, analytical, writing, teamwork, and communication skills.&nbsp;</p><p>· The experience with the specific application must be in real situations (dispatch center, incident camp, cache, etc.) or as a Tier 2 Helpdesk SME within the past 3 years to ensure relevancy and currency.&nbsp;</p><p>· Strong working knowledge of the Interagency Incident Applications Helpdesk and the associated ticketing system, CTS Remedy, is desired.&nbsp;</p><p>· Knowledge of the specific application’s training course material and documentation and experience facilitating, instruction and presenting is desired.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><p>· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.</p><p>· Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.</p><p>· Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>NOTE:</strong></p><p>· U.S. Citizenship required.</p><p>· Applicants must have a valid driver’s license for this position and will be subject to verification.</p><p>· Chosen applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening, credit review, and a criminal background check.</p><p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, Females/Minority/Veterans/Disabled/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Religion/National Origin</p><p>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p>#cj</p>",
