With no signs of slowing down, we offer a career path—not just a job.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role – Estimator:</span></span></p>\n<p>As an Estimator, you'll be a key part of our preconstruction team—analyzing plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting project success from bid to closeout.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review blueprints, perform takeoffs, and prepare detailed cost estimates</li>\n<li>Create and maintain BOMs and proposals</li>\n<li>Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients</li>\n<li>Assist in preparing budgets and schedules for awarded projects</li>\n<li>Support Project Teams throughout the bid process</li>\n<li>Track actual project costs vs. estimates and recommend improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> 2+ years in electrical construction (commercial/industrial preferred)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> High school diploma or GED (Post-Secondary Certificate preferred)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span> Strong math, communication, organization, and time management</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tools:</span> Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and blueprint reading</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">License:</span> Valid state driver’s license</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Style:</span> Team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hiring Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<p>✔ References, Background Check, Drug Screen, Valid Driver’s License</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equal Opportunity Statement:</span></span></p>\n<p>Ace Electric is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
